Terms + Conditions
The scope of work for a Branding Intensive includes the following:
- 60-minute consultation call
- One full day rate (8 hours)
- 30 days of post-project email support
In addition, the Client will receive the following deliverables:
- Branding questionnaire
- Primary logo + 2-3 variations (PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS)
- Color palette
- Font recommendations
- Brand board (1-page PDF)
The following services and deliverables are not included:
- Stock image + font licensing fees
The payment for a Branding Intensive may be either paid in full upfront or split into two even payments. A 50% deposit is required upfront in order to secure the project in Steph Corrigan Design’s schedule.
3. Cancellations + Rescheduling
If the Client wishes to cancel the Branding Intensive after booking, they will be issued a 50% refund if they give Steph Corrigan Design at least 14 days’ cancellation notice. If less than 14 days’ cancellation notice is given, it is up to Steph Corrigan Design’s discretion whether or not to issue a partial refund.
If the Client wishes to reschedule their Branding Intensive after booking, they are free to choose a new date within a 30-day period, contingent on Steph Corrigan Design’s availability. At least 14 days’ notice must be given to reschedule the project date. If less than 14 days’ notice is given, the Client will be charged a $200 rescheduling fee.
If Steph Corrigan Design cancels the Branding Intensive after booking, the Client will have the option to either book a new date or receive a full refund. The Client will not be charged a rescheduling fee if Steph Corrigan Design needs to reschedule a project.
Steph Corrigan Design will be available to provide support to the Client via email for 30 days after the project date. The Client will receive a 15% discount on any additional day rates booked in the future, as well as a $100 coupon towards a One Day Website. These discounts do not apply to Steph Corrigan Design’s Signature Branding and Web Design packages.
